Saraswati Vilhena brings over 20 years of leadership experience across Europe, South America, and the Middle East, with a strong background in the engineering and industrial sectors, including roles at ABB, GE, and FANUC. She has extensive expertise in finance, M&A, and executive management, having managed 1BUSD+ units. As a seasoned executive, she specializes in interim management and business consulting, known for her expertise in operational transformation and leadership. 

Since August 2016, she has been a key figure at Juniper Frost, providing interim COO and CFO services across sectors such as education and finance. In this capacity, she served as COO and CFO at Aalbun, where she contributed to the global IP services platform’s operational efficiency and growth. She has also held roles as a Board Member at BEAT Fitness and Head of the Over & Above Business Unit at Go Beyond Investing, where she empowered investors with tools for success in early-stage investment platforms.

Previously, Saraswati served as CEO of Quant Service, a global leader in industrial maintenance, where she managed a significant carve-out from ABB, improving profitability, safety, and operational performance. Before joining Quant, she spent 14 years at ABB, holding senior finance roles and leading restructuring initiatives that improved global operations.

Saraswati holds an Executive MBA from Aalto University, a degree in Mechatronics and Automation Engineering from Universidade Paulista, and multiple certifications in high-performance coaching and finance. She brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of driving business success across multiple industries.
