Leading the EMEA Electronic Markets team, Maria brings a wealth of expertise garnered through an illustrious career in Financial Markets, having successfully placed a multitude of top-tier professionals globally. Her contributions extend beyond recruitment, with Maria playing a crucial role in providing key insights on executive assessment, on-boarding, and diversity management.  As a founding member of the OG Diverse Committee, Maria collaborates closely with colleagues and clients to champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.

Prior to her tenure at Options Group, Maria co-founded MCL Search in 2012, specializing in the FIC Electronic Trading Market and Financial Trading Technology; the firm was later acquired by Options Group in 2017. Maria's professional journey began in HR before transitioning into the Recruitment space in 2000.

Beyond her corporate pursuits, Maria serves as an angel investor in @thewellhq, a women's health company and cutting-edge health and education platform. This innovative venture provides comprehensive education from period to menopause, catering to health and fitness at all levels.
