Lebogang Mbana serves as Managing Director of CHMB Holdings, an agricultural solutions provider supporting farmers and agribusinesses with the necessary resources, financial support, and structured investment solutions to maximize productivity and economic growth. CHMB specializes in Agri Commodities, Agri Financing, and Structuring Land Access Deals, leveraging their expertise and strategic partnerships to create innovative, scalable, and impactful solutions that promote food security, economic resilience, and long-term sustainability across Africa's agricultural landscape.
Lebogang is also a Partner at African Renaissance Capital, a wholly owned asset of the Thabo Mbeki Foundation (TMF) that ensures the sustainability of the foundation. She is also a Board Member of the South African Macadamia Growers Association (SAMAC) as well as of African Women in Energy and Power, an Advisory Board Member of Operation Water, and a seasonal faculty member at Duke Corporate Education, contributing to their leadership programs.
Previously, Lebogang was a Principal Director within the Strategy and Consulting business at Accenture, where she led their Talent and Organisation (T&O) offering for Africa, and was part of the Strategy and Consulting council. She has worked within the advisory divisions of Accenture, Deloitte and KPMG, and has done business across Africa, Dubai, the UK, and the US. Lebogang also founded Afro Visionary Legacy, a strategic advisory and public speaking firm with a focus on Africa and its diaspora, and served as the inaugural chair of the Former President Thabo Mbeki’s Alumni Forum.
Lebogang holds a Master of International Business with distinction from Monash University Australia, and has studied leadership through the Thabo Mbeki School of Leadership.
