Christopher Khaemba is an education leader with over four decades of experience in transforming educational institutions and expanding access to quality education across Africa.
As Co-Founder and Director of Nova Pioneer Academies, he upholds the mission of providing scholarships to talented students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Additionally, he is a council member and Chairman of Academics, Research and Students Affairs Committee at Moi University, and serves as a Director of the Housing Finance Foundation in Nairobi.
Throughout his career, Khaemba has held positions at several educational institutions; he served as the Founding Dean of African Leadership Academy in South Africa, Principal of Alliance High School in Nairobi, and Friends School Kamusinga in Kenya. While serving as General Manager of the Education Pillar at Equity Group, he established Kenya's largest high school scholarship program. Later, as the Executive in Charge of Education and Social Services for Nairobi City County, he created a scholarship program for underprivileged students who qualified for National and County Schools.
Khaemba earned a Master's in Business Administration from Kenyatta University.
