Alexandre Fillard Tonello is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the energy industry, specializing in business strategy, financial management, and regulatory affairs. He has held leadership positions, including Head of Latin American operations at Eletrobras, the largest company in the electrical sector in Latin America, and CFO at the Artilleros Wind Farm in Uruguay, where he played a pivotal role in project development and financial planning of the 65 MW power plant.

Alexandre has also managed financial procedures and organizational policies at CGT Eletrosul, one of Brazil’s major energy providers; his expertise includes financial modeling and regulatory negotiations with Brazil’s national energy agency, ANEEL.

Alexandre holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from the Federal University of

Santa Catarina in Brazil, and an Executive MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. He is a native Portuguese speaker, and is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, with basic proficiency in Mandarin.
